What file formats do you accept for custom print orders?
We accept PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, SVG, PNG, and JPG files. For best results, we recommend submitting vector files (PDF, AI, or SVG) at the correct print dimensions with all fonts outlined. Raster files should be at a minimum of 300 DPI. Our team will review your artwork upon submission and notify you if any adjustments are needed before production.
Can I order custom apparel with my own design?
Yes. Custom apparel is one of our core services. You can upload your own artwork, logo, or graphic when submitting your order. If you need help refining or adapting your design for print, our team can assist during the prepress stage. Custom apparel orders may require additional time depending on garment availability and printing method.
