The Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) is a financial aid program offered by the Government of Ontario that helps eligible students pay for post-secondary education. Depending on eligibility, funding may include grants, loans, or a combination of both to help cover educational expenses.
Understanding how OSAP works and what expenses it may cover is an important first step for students planning their educational journey. ESPM Resource Centre is here to help you navigate the process.
From understanding your options to connecting you with the right resources, our team is committed to supporting you throughout your educational journey.

Education can provide the knowledge, training, and skills needed to pursue rewarding career opportunities and achieve long-term goals. Whether you are considering a two-year college diploma, a four-year university degree, or a specialized career training program, the right educational path can open doors that might otherwise remain closed.
ESPM Resource Centre helps individuals access resources and information that support educational success. We believe that understanding your financial options is a critical part of making that investment a reality.
Students enrolled in at least 60% of a full course load may qualify as full-time students for OSAP purposes. Students with a documented permanent disability may qualify at 40% of a full course load under special provisions.
